A friend of mine has passed away and I have been trying without success to apply for a 6 month premium waiver in terms of her Dial Direct policy.
I have called the policy services line of 0861 789 254 no less than 10 times, and each time I am told the "all our agents are busy", and then the line just cuts off.
I ALSO tried e-mailing [Email Removed] and even though my queries are responded to by e-mail only, the relevant person keeps on referring me to the 0861 789 254 policy services line that is NEVER answered!!!
In my last e-mail, out of pure desperation, I even left my cellphone number, and still nobody is calling me... and referring me to a number that presumably does not exist!?
