We applied for sponsorship at FNB for a community event thats this coming up this saturday to feed about 300-400 unpriviledge kids. Now we tried so many different organisations with no luck and ended up at FNB where we were exstatic to see that they are willing. We applied online and someone called back and notified us that they are going to assist and will get back to us by latest yesterday, Now the event is saturday and we not sure if they are still going to help or not, Ive tried endless phone calls to 087 575 9404 and then i get put on hold for long and eventually we get disconnected and call center is not even aware to which department they need to refer me. Now there slogan says*How can we help you* and this is how by following through with the promise you made. PLEASE I NEED SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME
