Cancel max investment

I have been phoning the call centre to request this Max investment to be cancelled, I am not getting help. I have written a letter to the general manager. Still not getting any help, I'm advised i cannot cancel.. This investment is not working for me, its even affecting my financial status.

Please can any one assist.
