Can't assist me

I have been a FNB client for the last 4/5 years now and I do like banking with them. It does feel easy and the ebucks are really a nice to have. I applied for a loan and I was declined. They said it's because the system still shows my old debt with them (but it's written of because I was declared insolvent and I have been rehabilitated for about 2/3 years and still they don't want to assist. Strangly enough my car finance with Wesbank isn't an issue and it's a lot more than the loan I applied for. I have tried several times to get hold of someone more senior to have a look into this but it's impossible to get past the call center agent. Nedbank, who I don't bank with or anything is more than willing to assist. I am strongly thinking of closing my account and going to Nedbank. I would like to purchase a house around next year and I don't think FNB will assist with that so I can't see why I should stay with a bank who doesn't care about their clients.
