What an amazing experience!

Irritated by "Steve" in the FNB adverts? Then you probably haven't changed banks from one of the other, less efficient banks to FNB. Let me outline what amazing service, attitude, efficiency, turn-around-times & the friendliest experience I have had while switching banks.
From the minute I went online & filled in the request for someone to contact me regarding switching my personal banking & my home load from Nedbank to FNB, to the point where I was assigned my own personal premier banker & every conceivable advantage, feature & massive benefits thrown in (for FREE!), I have been dazzled! In this sunny country of ours, we citizens are not used to service that exceeds expectation, in fact, we will even tolerate, if not rejoice, when we receive mediocre service.
I cannot even find the words (unusual for me!) to describe how smoothly & effortlessly they have welcomed me into their fold & have treated me like royalty & not like my "beep" bank with the bad attitude, in fact, they treat you like you are merely an irritation to them.
"What can we do for you? "... FNB is living this mantra in all they do. Well done FNB & to all involved with making this the best experience I have EVER had!
