FNB... PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY AND CLOSE MY ACCOU

I have been given the run around from August this year due to reserved funds being held on my platinum cheque account which I intended to close in August as I have moved banks. After paying the R135 monthly fee from August although I am banking my salary at another bank, I submit a request for release form, the funds get released and then today after I sit at the branch for over two hours to get attended to I get told by the consultant that I am owing the bank R40 in addition to the R90 in the account for bank fees for this month. I will not pay for the mistakes and lack of service and knowledge of your staff. I need my money released and my account closed. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ESCALATE THE PREVIOUS MONTHS FEES FOR REVIEW.I will not be giving you money for nothing!!!
PS: ONE YEAR FOR PLATINUM CHEQUE ACCOUNT HOLDER HIGH FEES BUT NO PLATINUM BANKER NO SPECIAL SERVICES JUST EXTRA EXPENDITURE DUE TO THE SAD SERVICE STANDARDS YOU HAVE SET FOR YOUR ORGANISATION.
