Morning Dipuo,

There is no resolution but telling me what I already know

1. Why did I have to send ABSA statement when account was settled and how has that helped with the investigations?

2. Please provide me with proof of how this settlement amount was received from ABSA and on which date it was requested?
- what is your procedure in receving 3rd party settlements - is it telephonically (what is the refernce # for that) / is there a specific system you use to retrieve such (on which date was that done and can I be furnished with that data as well)?

3. This is not the first time I was enquiring about this and when I called the called centre in October 2012 I was referred to the branch and was made to be believe that this will be sorted out to no avail as no one bothered to even get back to me - why is/was that?
