RECEIVING ABSA LINE CALLS SINCE JUNE 2010

Advance Call is a boutique contact centre company that has established itself as a market leader by offering innovative solutions for facilities and infrastructure maintenance contact centres and business process outsourcing.

Advance Call has since June 2010 been receiving ABSA calls on its share-call number 0860 004 004. Our Contact Centre receives these calls on such a frequent basis that they interfere with Advance Call's service rendering to its clients.

The problem has been reported to ABSA on numerous occasions over the past 3 years without it being resolved. It is evident from the line calls that Advance Call receives on behalf of ABSA, that ABSA is still providing Advance Call's number to its clients.

Advance Call hereby gives ABSA 30 days' notice from date of this letter in which to resolve the problem. Should the problem not be resolved in this time Advance Call will have no other alternative but to institute a legal claim for damages against ABSA for Telkom costs incurred for these calls since June 2010 due to ABSA's negligence in resolving the problem.
