False Advertising and slow service

FNB Advertises free concierge service for Private banking clients. When I asked about it I was told they do not offer this service anymore. I was signed up as a private banker about a month ago. I still do not have the contact details of my private banker. The lady who I spoke to first forgot to add the attachment. Then after I followed up sent me an corrupt file. Wasted a day - got nowhere.
