I have suffered an internet banking through a sim swap initiated with a service provider, Vodacom. I have filled and presented all types of forms and statements and to date, i.e. 47 days later, I am yet to receive a cent from FNB.

Instead, I am told about some bank refusing or thinking of processing my monies, then maybe, I may get a fraction of what is due to me. Where is the balance guys? When is a brother going to get the monies back?

To make matters worse, the bank is charging me interest on the monies that I have not even spent. Is it a coincidence that the reference names on the transfers is similar to the names that we all know and the bank is still not seeing a lead?
