I HAVE BEEN TO FNB GREENSTONE MALL TO ACTIVATE MY SMART ACCOUNT, WITH THIS IN MIND I HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH FNB SINCE 2010, BUT THE BRANCH MANAGER INSISTS HE GETS A PHYSICAL ADDRESS FROM ME FOR THE SMART ACCOUNT, FOR HEAVEN SAKE I HAVE A PROFILE WITH YOU GUYS . IF THIS IS SO IMPORTANT WHY THE WAS AN ACCOUNT OPENED PREVIOUSLY WITH NONE OF MY DETAILS... THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM.
