Incompetent Service

I had just finished my contract with this incompetent service provider and yet I took a upgrade silly of me I know but I have mailed and mailed and mailed their customer centre and Im still waitinging for feedback I took this new phone and to my surprise I receive a bill of R500.00 yet the coontract was sold to me for R175 I think I mailed and asked for a breakdown on my statement and wow to my surprise nothing I have emailed them again and another surpirse nothing I have told all my friends and family about the incompetence of Vodacom and if they want GOOD service try CELL C I have 2 different contracts with them and not once have I had a problem with them.
