On the 14/04/2012 i met with an accident. A guy knocked into me and my car was written of. I just want to add that i have insurance for about 12 years and never had a claim. This was my first claim. I was told that because it was not my fault, absa will try to recover my access that i had to pay. I have spoken to numerous consultants who asked me to contact the attorneys ans they will be able to assist. I have called vfv attorneys numerous times and a guy by the name of Maduna promised to contact me with feedback and just never kept his promises. He eventually mailed me Brant Van Zyl as a contact person and i have mailed him and he has to date not responded. I am actually very frustrated and disappointed with the service i am receiving. I don't think it is fair that i should be chasing up with attorneys who just don't respond. My policy number is 00532165*001*001. Please can you find out what is the status of my access being paid back to me.
