I had to close offices at the end of last month and was told to mail Telkom Retention services.
I did so at the beginning of the month and have not had any feedback at all. Not to say if the information they have received is correct or incorrect. I have mailed them once again and have not heard anything. I have mailed customer care which mailed me back and asked me for the details to sort this out. Once again I have had no feedback from them. My line is still activated and all I want is some kind of feedback. This pathetic but none the least the service that people expect from Telkom in this country.
