I would like to commend 2 people from the claims department of PPS being Karen Viljoen and Christelle Theron. After 6 months of poor service from PPS, they appeared to be 2 people who were sincere and genuine in their approach to assist me. They followed up timeously and never made unrealistic promises to me. Thank you for your sincerity and your assistance in resolving my claim issue. I hope that this work ethos will filter through to other departments in your organisation.
