So since after all my calls i found out Menlyn is privately owned it gives you the right to "maak as you smaak"? What is so sad is the impact your staff has on people. I bought i brand new i10 in August - well i literally had to shove the sale down your throats - no pleasure to buy a car there! When i returned a few days later stating the car radio has a problem i was told everyone is so annoyed with the i10 radio and that a new radio will be fitted. Brought the car - you had it for 3 days in your shop - nothing was done. In the interim the GM that made all these promises has left. How convenient - now passing the buck! What gets my blood boiling is after i approach useless Frikkie NICELY and beg and plead with arrogant THERESA - more promises were made and my car is in again. And guess what NOW i want to make claims cause there is nothing wrong with the radio () and when i loose it cause this will be the THIRD time my car is there for 3 days - im the bad and we wont assist you! I hope the you people dish out will be returned double! You are responsible for alot of tears in Pretoria because of your total incompetance and lack of caring! KRY VIR JOU
