For 3 months i needed assistance in resolving a query regarding an additional extra on an insurance claim. Nobody could assist me in getting this done. I eventually got Thelma's contact number from a consultant within the insurance who advised me that she could possibly help me, she did more than that. At the time she knew nothing about my query or frustration and was the first person who showed any interest in assisting me with resolving the issue i had. After 3 months of running around it is now finally resolved and i have Thelma to thank for that.
