I can never get any feedback on my claim

Logged a claim on the 12/11/13 no response after 2 weeks I contact Absa held for over 10min eventually give up, this goes on for 2 days. Eventually I speak to team leader Christelle, after I have mailed my quote for repairs of damage to 2 other people in her team. Finally she agrees that they can pay me out so I can use my own contractor (as their contractors never even bothered to contact me). Still no feedback and no response. I have had 3 attempts at emailing Christelle and her team for feedback and holing on every hour for 10 min and eventually giving up. SHOCKING service and Absa's contractors have just as bad service. Worst part my house is leaking and my walls and furniture and being damaged, I wonder if Christelle and her team would like their houses to be in water and damage like mine...
