I wrote a complaint to Hello Peter a week ago with regards to a claim that was (in my opinion due to the nature of the incident) unfairly rejected.
Although I had a response (generated on this site) saying the claim would be reassessed and a very nice lady called to apologise to me and assure me that the claim would be reassessed nothing has happened a week later. This is even worse service than the initial bad service as I was told that they would come back to me and nothing has happened.
