No Response to request for Settlement Lette

I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get a settlement letter from MONEYSTAR regarding my personal loan with them, so that I can take out a consolidation loan
.I have requested this telephonically and via e-mail, but with no success. This is disgusting service from them.
