I am a loyal moneystar client and I have been taking a top op loan on top of my existing loan for the past 3 months. I have never experienced any problems with the pay outs up to now. I applied for a top up loan on 2013/10/02 and up to now it is still not paid into my account. Every day I am the one phoning moneystar just to get the same excuse day after day, there is a "system error". For the past week? And now all of a sudden I am getting "payments has been placed on hold" as an excuse but nobody can tell me why and management also doesn't come back to me.
