I called the FNB student loan telephone number 4 times this morning in order to get details so that I can request a Pro Forma invoice from my college- which FNB requires to give me a student loan. The first lady actually said she had no idea what I was going on about. Everyone transferred to me to the help desk for them to transfer me to someone else and the the line dropped. What a waste of my time and such un-expected bad service. I bank with FNB and really expected a lot especially after all the adverts they make promoting themselves as the best bank in South Africa! Hire some competent staff then :-(
