I am the surety on the student loan that I applied for my younger sister. Although the application process was swift and stress free, the payout or update thereafter has been less than admirable. We signed the student loan contracts on Friday the 26/04/2013 and we were told that the payout would be expected by the following Wednesday. I have made countless follow ups with the call center and have been told that someone will call be back with the update, that has not happened yet. I just would like to know when the payout can be expected or at least what the delay on the process is.
