Never go into an FNB branch to request information about student loans, they will make you wait 2 hours before telling you that they cant even give you a rough estimate of interest rates that you can expect. The staff at hillcrest are highly incompetent.
If there was ever a branch that should help students with student loan information it should be hillcrest, but I regret to inform you this is untrue. Don't go near FNB for student loans, they will just waste your time, have a terrible attitude towards you and send you away after 2 hours without answering even one of your questions. I am so grateful I don't bank with this pathetic bank, and today they have managed to insure that I never will.
