I have logged a complaint on the 15 May 2013 regarding the bank's bad service and received a reply from their complaint resolution centre on the 16 May 2013. Until today I have no clue whats happening and from my side my home loan situation isn't getting better. Like I said I think i will be getting assistant from a lawyer regarding this matter, how can you wait to get your own money from the bank its not like I was making a loan.
This is a fault from the banks technical side and now I must have a stressed full situation and I do have children. Standard bank will be responsible for all my fees.
Even if i try to phone and make an inquiry they give me an bad attitude.
