Locking Credit Card

Standard Bank seems to think it is OK to lock a credit card on a Sunday and then provide no Call Center option to get them to unlock it. This is the second time that they have done this to me in four weeks. The previous time I was on an international trip and arranged in advance that I was going to use my credit card out of the country. That time I had to stand in front of a hotel desk unable to pay my hotel bill. Fortunately I had a credit card from another institution there. And don't think they respond to any complaints you log on their website either. Standard Bank you really do not understand the first thing about customer service.
