My car was and recovered within an hour in (March) and there was some minor Damage. I logged a claim with FNB underwritten by Santam, they only fetched the vehicle weeks later. The car was taken to (Premier Auto Refurbishers), its been more then a month and the panelbeaters have been promising to have the car ready the next day and that doesnt happen. Finally on the 17th of May i was told that the vehicle was ready but when i went to collect it ;i was told that i had to pay an access although i have an access waiver. When i contacted my insurance ;i was told that my broker is not available until furher notice and no one else can assist me. My policy number is (1323728) with FNB underwritten by Santam.
