Blown Away With Excellent Service

I'm blown away with the great service that I got from Santam. Last year my car was damaged by hail and I went to Santam to claim for hail damage.

1. The callcentre lady was polte.
2. She recommended the top of the class panel beater (Rubicon panelbeaters) for my car.
3. My claim was approved timeously.

My car was then scheduled for repairs in 2 months as Rubicon had huge volumes of cars in for hail damage repairs. Unfortunately during that period when I waited for Rubicon I lost my job and couldn't afford my insurance and unfortunately it lapsed due to my this. I gave up on my claim as I couldn't afford my premium anymore. A friendly lady from Santam called me asking me when will I be bringing my car in for repairs. I told her that my insurance with them lapsed and therefore I can't bring my car in. She told me to bring my car in regardless as I made my claim before my insurance lapsed and all I'll have to pay is the access. I then took my car in at Rubicon Panelbeaters, paid the access and they did an awsome job on my car that I'm very impressed with. I'm definitely going back to Santam as soon as I'm back up on my feet financially. Good work Santam and Rubicon.
