Delayed response in claim settlement

It has been two weeks since we suffered our loss. The Broker, O'neil Insurance Brokers submitted to Santam the claim. It took the Insurer 1 week to revert to me with the claim receipt. The appointment of a sub-standard contractor, Kaylam Construction, saw us experiencing furher sub-standard service in, late arrival for appointments, by the owner Koos. He then dragged the qoute compilation after specifically promising us he would have it with the with the Loss adjustor Coenrad De Johnge within one day (Saturday 12th) Today the 15th the qoute arrives and what had been discussed with Coenrad is not represented on the qoute. This is bad service standards from both Santam Insurance and the Contractor, Kaylam. I contacted O'Neil Brokers to assist, Spoke to Kaleb at ON'eils and he is the only person who is trying to assist in this matte
