I took a blacberry device with FNb and within 7 days i returned the device due to the error and Nothando assist for me to get re contracted and now i was being debited for the device that i dont have and contacted nolutando and within a day my money was refunded and I would like to thank her much as when she take over on my complaint, she made sure and she followed up so that it can be resolved and with her best customer service I was sorted out and the claim was paid out, keep up the good work and to be honest I lost confidence in FNB and was even deciding to take my account but I was getting an assistance and I have changed my mind you deserve an award, keep up the good work
