Not cool, I wait 15 mins on my cell to get through to your Credit Card Sales call centre. I mention this to the sales rep, no apology or excuse whatsoever. I ran out of airtime and asked if the rep could call me back, she says that they are inbound calls only, they do not phone customers back. Nice way to start my relationship with the most innovative bank of the year..
