Day 3 still no callback

On Sunday I was on the FNB website and noticed the promotion of 2GIGS for R99pm, i clicked callback and up until now I have not received a response from them,

all the above numbers and no one could assist we either giving me another number to call, or transfering me, what happen to first call resolution? finally i get hold of someone in the correct dept, the agent tells me, she cannot assist me she can only request that a sales agent calls me back - when asked why she could not assist, she told me she is not a sales agent - what happen to multi-skilling your agents so they can better support your customers? Most innovative bank? i think not - this is pathetic service that i need to chase after a company for them to assist me - heres to hoping i get a response!
