This is my 3rd request for feedback on my Capitec personal loan. I was previously advised that someone will get back to regarding my query but I still have not received any feedback as yet. Please advise how long it takes just to get me recon or full statement on the account.

I would like to stop the debit order because I was scammed regarding to proff do I qualify for a smart shopper card not knowing that it actually is NPL3 trapping me in paying 260 each month
