SICK & TIRED of bad service n poor systems!!!

Please can someone have the decency to give me a call and let me know what is going on with my policies. I have logged a query beginning of this week and so far no one has contacted me, all i get is e-mails which does nothing but confuse me even more. According to my knowledge your systems only messed up only 1 of my policies and this is what I am enquiring about, all my policies have been up to date until your system went on holiday mode in December 2012 and decided to deduct figures known to old mutual only and not by me. From Jan 2013 i have been requesting that you debit whatever amouts that are outstanding for that specific investment, now I am told about grace periods i then instructed that you debit double again in Feb but you still managed to MESS this up for the gazillion time, Should anything jeorpadise my policies and my returns I will sure take this up with whoever will be capable of assisting me in that organization. Can someone call me and tell me what is going on? Your escalation departmet sents me an email saying my query has been returned back to another departments? What is the definition of an escalation in your organization???
