Cancelling Policies

I have sent a request to cancel my policies with, which took 3 days for them to respond to say they needed documents to be sent, I sent those documents on the 7th May and still today I have not received any feedback on query I sent a follow up email again with no response, at this rate I should cancel my plans with them totally, I am not happy with this, it doesn't make sense to!!!
