Opened my hospiotal plan and was impressed

I was actually calling only to find quotes but i then changed my mind to taking the policy on the first 5mins with him on the phone. i have never received such an excellent service through a call center that i can end up giving out my banking details. Fadeel is an asset to you guys, Looks after him so he can also do his job well on looking after us. :)
