We forwarded all necessary documents to claim for provident fund 8 weeks ago with my fellow college and one was done or paid, like in two weeks but mine is still pending and no valid reason is given to me or call just to let me know how far is my request, instead every time a called them they give me different stories and managers are always in the meetings when you want to talk to them. Maybe this is done on purpose simply because we are cleaners.
I spoke to Rozen on 010 206 0909 on 12th of May who promised to speed up the process and get back to me but again she never called me. Please improve your service level and stop lying to your customers we are paying your fat salaries treat people fairly.
Your call centre is very unprofessional and incompetent.
