I am writing to bring to your attention the kind of service I am receiving.
I have been requesting to increase monthly repayments on my vehicle loan. I have send messages and tried calling your customer service number - ended up waiting and getting transferred to various departments - that costs me time and money.
Secondly, i was involved in car accident with an Absa Insurance client. she addmitted that she was at fault and got me a claim number as i did not want to claim against my insurance. The last time I heard from the assesor was a few weeks ago when he said someone will make contact in a few days to discusss the settlement. Its been dead quiet. Your client (the party at fault)'s car has been repaired while I drive around and visiting clients in a smashed car.
What you do not realise is that I am your client - I HAVE A HOME LOAN ACCOUNT AND A VEHICLE LOAN ACCOUNT WITH YOU. These delaying tactics only serve to prove that I am in business with the wrong people. I am struggling to increase my monthly payment and also to get a response on my claim against your client. Would I recommend you anyone or speak positively about ABSA... NO!!!
