Ecalation enquiry not attended to

I called yesterday about an equiry and the agent (yanga) could not assist me as the agent who worked on my case is on leave. This agent on leave arranged for me to send her documents which I emailed but there was no response. Apparently there is no one else who can work on the agent on leave's accpunts. So I have to wait for her to come back from leave, which is in the next 3 weeks!!! When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that the supervisor (Theo) would call me back. He never did
