I was under debt review, kept paying my account until I phoned to get a settlement amount to finish the debt, when I was advised I am actually R852-00 in credit. I had to send email with my new banking details to get credit refunded to me. only to be advised send proof of your new bank details. which I did. then was advised I have to phone a number to arrange credit transfer. when I phoned the number supplied I was told they do not deal with it I have to go to the branch. no, when you owe nedbank money they very quick on your case pay pay pay, but when they owe you money... wait wait wait and get stuffed around from pillar to post. all I want is my credit refunded in order to close the account... I have also already received that my account has been taken out of debt review... whooopieeeee... can I get some service please
