Tried to withdraw money at an ATM in Bloemfontein last night got a receipt saying communications error however the money went off my account and still does not reflect back in my account. I phoned the call centre and got some run around to phone the custodians. Not my respondibility to phone these people im on country business trip and dont have time for this. I want the Money back in my credit card. This is not the first time we are struggling with your communications we were in embrassed in the pick n pay the other day when you were offline and we tried to pay for our goods. This is starting to become unacceptable service
