Well this has to do with customer service and Capitec debit order. I queried a few weeks ago re: debit being done too early on my account after it was done on the last day of every month for the past few years. So i am told that they debit on the second last day - I double checked and my file does say 31st of every month - bt they decided to debit on the second last day. Now i am expected to correct something, but I am not at fault. They are asking for my bank statement. Why? If when I opened the account I put the date down because I get paid the last day of every month. I do not want to be inconvenience because they opted to do something that I did not approve. And finally had to call the call centre twice this morning (15 May -08:35) because the first lady that answered decided to put me on hold without notifying me and not taking the call again!!! Thanks for the service. Ever and i CAN HONESTLY NOT WAIT TO BE DONE WITH CAPITEC.LESSON LEARNED ..
