Poor Financial Advice and Service

As a walk-in client at Old Mutual, Centurion, Lona Scheepers was assigned to assist me. My request to her was that my Investment Horizon had been replaced by a new product, namely MAX Investment. Lorna as Senior Financial Advisor assured me that I cannot transfer the funds in the Horizon product to the Max product. I then contacted an old contact, Roxanne Fortune at Old Mutual via mail and asked her if it was possible, and she confirmed it could be done...

My concern: As Senior Advisor, Lorna did not know her products and gave me the wrong info as she on the day assured me she tried to do the same for her son a week or two prior to my request and it was not possible. With all the Club 52 awards, certificates of achievements etc on her office wall, I was very assured that she's the person to speak to... After confirmation in all done and correct, I've asked her for advice on the best options to invest a small amount of savings money, and to date she never came back to me.
