This is a letter because I am frustrated, ( no customer service) I lost my internet password (my own fault) I phone Capitec they told me they can't help me over the phone I must go to the branch, so I went to the branch only 4 of the 10 cubical have people in, and there was about 30 customers, at the door they gave be a no. and told me I must sit, I told her I have only my lunch, can I keep the no. and come back and she told me know, the 4 people was very slow, it take them about 30 min to help one person, I left without being helped because I must be back at work and know I must go back after work, why can't you re-set your password over the phone or on the internet or get more employees at your branches.
