It seems impossible to (1) get hold of Absa Insurers telephincally (2) Get a response from an email sent to them and (3) get a response from Jonathon Pillay. I have been a client since 2005. I recently requested Absa insureres to convert my policy from an annual one to a monhtly one. My first request is now over a month ago. Tried several times to get hold of them telephonically but give up after holding on for long periods.
