I've had the Ombudsman for Short term Insurance handle a dispute with ABSA for me. They handled the case and let me know the Insurers should contact me directly. The Insurers did not. I then contacted them after which they sent me a form to fill in. I returned it on 5 Nov 2013 and since then, I haven't heard anything! I also faxed the form and still they haven't responded, not even to questions about when I can expect a response!!
