Still no service

I complained on the 2nd May regarding the tempory loan, I'm still waiting for someone to come back to me. I complained again... still waiting... This is the worst service I had from a bank. Change your ads...
because it is false advertisement. I'm in the TV Industry, and I will make this my mission to complain about FNB service and lack of client service.
