No Response from Client Services AGAIN!!

I need to get someone at ABSA to give me a person I can deal with, as everytime I email, I get no response. I emailed last month as I was in Jhb recently to sort out.
But because no one came back to me nothing could be done!

Why is ABSA so useless all of a sudden, I sent an email on FNB and Standard Banks websites and get answers in 48hrs and gave me a contact person and all the documents I need to fill in...
Hats off to them...
