I'm not here to name or shame, but it seems you reply quicker to negative criticism then to actually assist with client requests. I'm from Cape Town and have sent my request from here to basically all your branches, all I need is the settlement letter indicating that I have paid in-full. I've been told to hold on for 3 days and its almost 14 days later, e-mails are undelivered, phone lines/faxes are not answered its really frustrating, I understand you received high volumes of request but surely by now you should have worked out a plan to get in extra resources to assist?
