I contacted the iWyze contact centre today as i was not happy about the increase of my premiums. My query was handled by Zjaan Foster and not only did he provide me with a premium that I was pleased with but he gave the most efficient service which was coupled with a great can-do attitude as well as a very high level of professionalism and going the extra mile to ensure my utter satisfaction.
I am indeed a very pleased customer.
